A group of Martha Layne Collins High School students recently attended a NASA National Student Challenge Hub Event in Cherokee, North Carolina. During their visit, they showcased their learning by presenting the mission development log they have worked on since January.
This experience included lunar rover programming, rocket design and launch, flying drones, and more. Both teams were recognized for their hard work and excellence with one team receiving the “Artemis Award” based on their team's care for others and mastery of nature.
Another team received the “Robotics Wizard Award” based on the number of packages delivered and coding success. Congratulations to these students and their commitment!
